4 Passes Tour:
A memorable experience which provides the best views and passes for a motorcycle tour. Starting with Sir Lowry’s Pass then to Houw Hoek Pass then climbing the Franschhoek Pass and finally Helshoogte Pass into Stellenbosch. Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast at the top of Houw Hoek Pass, ride over the wall of the Theewaterskloof Dam and enjoy a delicious lunch at a Franschhoek restaurant.
4 Passes Tour, Option 2:
Recommended for the most experienced of motorcycle riders, the scenic mountain passes will satisfy the thrill seekers. Adrenaline junkies will get to enjoy the open road and sweeping bends the mountain passes provide. Starting at Riebeek Kasteel, the Michell’s Pass kicks off the pass tour. Then on to Gydo Pass, Bain’s Kloof Pass and the challenging Du Toit’s Kloof Pass. Lunch in Paarl and a tour of the KWV cellar are highlights of the route.
Whale Watching Tour:
A twin Makani Harley-Davidson will provide the best ride while touring one of the most scenic routes in the Cape. The coastal road to Rooi-Els provides perfect view points for spotting whales while the bends of road are bound to excite riders. After breakfast in Rooi-Els the tour makes it way to Hermanus going through Pringle Bay, Betty’s Bay and Kleinmond. Look out for the whales along this scenic route!
Cape Splendour:
A 6-Day Makani designed motorcycle trip will provide riders with plenty of opportunity to explore the route, while enjoying time on the open road. Day 1 includes a tour from Cape Town to Barrydale. Day 2 to Oudsthoorn, day 3 to Prince Albert and day 4 to Mossel Bay. Day 5 and 6 include Hermanus and its wine route and back to Cape Town via Betty’s Bay and Gordon’s Bay.
